Requirements
What you’ll own
Recruitment Support: Conduct candidate screening calls, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment workflows to ensure a smooth hiring process
Onboarding Management: Draft employment contracts and oversee onboarding procedures, including timely processing of background checks
Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, including digital copies of employee files and the Talent Matrix
HR Process Involvement: Assist in the end-to-end HR process, including employee relations, compliance, and offboarding tasks
Administrative Assistance: Support the HR Coordinator with general HR administrative tasks
