About the Role

Job Description: This is a progressive HR role where you'll contribute to strategy through data-driven insights. You'll support the enhancement of HR analytics, help streamline processes, and assist in optimising AI use across People & Culture. Your work will inform organisational planning, performance, and policy.
Key activities include:
• Analyse HRIS/payroll data (iChris, PageUp) to uncover trends and inform strategic HR decisions
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for workforce reporting and insights
• Streamline and automate HR processes using data and visualisation tools
• Apply predictive analytics and AI to improve HR planning and operational efficiency
• Collaborate across HR, Payroll, ICT, and Finance to support data integration and reporting

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience leading major plant outages, shutdowns, or projects in power generation or heavy industry

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in computer-based systems:

    • Ellipse

    • Primavera

    • Altas (training provided for the right candidate)

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Skilled at managing competing priorities

  • Excellent project coordination and delivery capabilities
