FNP Recruitment is seeking one experienced Indigenous man and one experienced Indigenous woman for permanent full-time Senior Ranger positions.
The Senior Rangers will provide day-to-day leadership within an established Indigenous ranger team, coordinate field activities, mentor and support other rangers, maintain safe work practices and assist with cultural, environmental and land management projects.
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated leadership or team supervision experience
Minimum Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management, Land Management or an equivalent qualification
Open manual driver licence
Current Blue Card or ability to obtain one
Current First Aid Certificate
These positions suit experienced Indigenous rangers who can lead field activities, support team development and work respectfully with Traditional Owners, community members and project partners.
Requirements
Senior Male and Female Indigenous Ranger x2
FNP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Indigenous man and woman to join an established ranger team in a senior operational role. The Senior Indigenous Rangers will help lead field activities, support and mentor other rangers, promote safe work practices and assist with cultural and environmental land management projects.
This role suits those with practical land management experience, strong cultural awareness and the confidence to help guide a team. Work may include cultural burning, weed and pest control, fencing, property maintenance, environmental monitoring and caring for culturally significant places.
Leadership Experience
Minimum Cert III Land Management or equivalent qualification.
Open Manual Licence
Blue Card (working with children)
First Aid Certificate

Our client is an Indigenous Ranger Group located north of Barcaldine Qld. Cultural Burns, flora and fauna monitoring, fencing, site protection and preservation. Tourism, Guiding and teaching are all part of the role.
